In case you're looking for another reason not to buy a KIA, have I got a deal for you!
Thanks to a tip from the Ogle Mole Network, we've learned that Sabih Kalidy—the guy who owns Kalidy Kia and plasters his annoying face on every billboard in OKC—is bringing Eric Trump and Alina Habba to town for a fundraising luncheon.
Eric, as you probably know, is the less-cokey of Trump's male heirs, while Alina is Trump's hot-in-an-alien-type-of-way attorney. Even by MAGA-mania standards, that's a bit of an underwhelming lineup, but oh well, Eric is basically the KIA of the Trump family, so I guess it makes sense.
Naturally, the "host committee" for the event—whatever that means—is Crazy Carol Hefner.
Inspired by his anger, authoritarian orthodoxy, and racist views, she was one of Donald Trump's earliest and biggest Oklahoma supporters and is trying her best to promote the event on Facebook:
Oops. Wrong Facebook screenshot. That's the one where Carol posted that she loved people greeting Obama with Confederate flags.
Here’s the one about the Trump fundraiser:
Yep, if you're interested in tickets, send Carol a DM on Facebook.
As an added bonus, I'm hearing the first person to book 10 tickets will receive this rug!
Just kidding. Carol’s going to sell that smelly bad boy for a profit.
Anyway, if you want to meet the Temu version of MAGA royalty, you better hurry! This deal won’t last long, and according to our Moles, someone is already on their way to view the tickets right now!
Also, I'm not surprised Sabih is a rabid Trump supporter.
Car dealers are essentially conmen who work in and operate a legalized loan-sharking cartel. They make most of their money by exploiting dumb people and ripping them off, so of course they’re going to support the candidate who's doing the very same thing to them!
That being said, I am a tad surprised he's being so vocal about it.
Democrats, Independents, and sane Republicans—especially ones who like shitty cars—drive KIAs, too. So why would he want to alienate them by supporting such a divisive politician? Just like buying a KIA from a slimy car dealership in Edmond, that seems like a mistake.
Stay with The Lost Ogle. We’ll keep you advised.
