In this installment of our ongoing series "Jim Inhofe Is Still An Idiot," we're taking a look at some of the comments our senile Senator said about Donald Trump and Barack Obama during a recent trip to Tulsa.
Let's get to the Trump comments first:
U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe says he's the wrong guy to ask about the continued popularity of billionaire presidential candidate Donald Trump.
"I thought it would last about three days and be over," Inhofe said Wednesday.
"People are really wanting something different," Inhofe said during a visit to the Tulsa World. "A group of them likes the things he's saying — and he'll say anything."
Uhm, couldn't you also say the same damn thing about Jim Inhofe? He says some of the most ridiculous things imaginable, but the Chamber of Commerce folks, oil companies and Derplahomans around the state still love him. Seriously, out of all the politicians in Washington, he's probably the closest thing we have to Donald Trump.
His rant of hypocrisy continues:
Trump is leading the crowded Republican presidential field by a wide margin in the polls, much to the dismay of many party regulars. To them, the flamboyant real estate tycoon is not just a loose cannon, he's a cannon rolling across the deck with its fuse lit and the muzzle pointed straight at the GOP's chances of winning the White House in 2016.
"He says some things I agree with," Inhofe said, "but he also says some things I know from experience are more complicated than he seems to realize."
Yes, Inhofe thinks that, from experience, some issues facing the country are more complicated than Trump realizes. Wow, what insightful analysis from the man who believes that snowfall disproves global warming.
In addition to his hypocritical rants with The Tulsa World, Inhofe spoke with the Rotary Club of Tulsa and shared his thoughts about our Muslim president Barack Obama:
Earlier Wednesday, at the Rotary Club of Tulsa, Inhofe said Republicans "will be doing the Lord's will" by choosing the nominee who "has the most love for America and who is most qualified to reignite the beacon of freedom."
Inhofe said this is necessary to "rescue America" after two terms of "a president who embraces Islam and rejects Judeo-Christian values."
Inhofe later confirmed he does not believe President Barack Obama is a Christian, contrary to Obama's statements. He referred specifically to Obama's 2009 speech in Cairo and his strained relations with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Yep, it's all a big ruse. Obama is Muslim who rejects "Christian Values" (whatever that is) which is why he killed Bin Laden, uses drone strikes to wipe out Muslim extremists, and hasn't shut down Guantanamo Bay. He's a regular old Manchurian Candidate!
Anyway, this concludes this edition of "Jim Inhofe Is Still in Idiot." I'm sure we'll have another installment up very soon.
