Earlier this week, I was driving around town minding my own business when I spotted a casino billboard near the Belle Isle bridge. Upon my quick first glance, I thought it was promoting a concert for an Ogle brother.
“Has the KFOR house band made it to the tribal casino circuit now?” I wondered.
But after my vision came into focus and I read the copy, I learned it was actually promoting a concert for famed bluegrass musician Ricky Skaggs and his band Kentucky Thunder.
