For some reason, this picture from NewsOK.com made me laugh. I think the reason is because it was accompanied by this headline:
Stipe Mentally Incompetent for Proceeding
After seeing this picture, I don't really think I can argue. I generally don't give the Oklahoman props for anything other than a few Mr. Monday columns, but whoever made the decision to run this picture is doing a good job.
