A few weeks ago, I was supposed to finally go to the long-admired, extremely vaunted, and utterly unique FRIDA Southwest restaurant, located at 500 Paseo, in the Paseo District. I have waited for so very long for FRIDA, come Hell, high water, or a many-layered combination of the two.
But, true to form, God laughs at our steadfast plans, as I had to have emergency back surgery a couple weeks ago, necessitating serious time to truly recuperate. More about that later in the week...
