Ryan Walters

Ryan’s Closest Grifters Got Sweet Parting Gifts…

Even though Ryan is now in non-profit grifter land, cruising around the country promoting his non-teachers union teachers union to anyone who will have him, the illegitimates at KFOR have been picking up some of the random pieces of shit he left on the floor before moving out in the middle of the night.

Naturally, that includes covering the taxpayer-funded bonuses Ryan gave to some of his close but lesser-known allies. One of them includes his former executive assistant, Lexie Flanagan.

Yep, that’s Ryan’s former assistant with her husband – not a guy dressed like Ryan Walters in disguise for Halloween. Nothing weird or creepy about that!

Anyway, Lexie was often seen by Ryan's side at state board meetings, taking notes, praying, watching nude scenes, etc., and as a show for this loyalty, got nearly $25,000 in performance bonuses.

Via KFOR:

Former State Superintendent Ryan Walters handed out two more five-figure, taxpayer-funded “performance bonuses” to top staff in his final days in office, including one to a press secretary who had only been on the job a matter of weeks.

Among them was his executive assistant Lexie Flanagan…

Oklahoma Watch previously reported Walters gave Flanagan a $9,000 bonus earlier this year.

Now, the new records obtained by News 4 show Walters gave her an additional $15,000 “performance bonus”.

I think anyone who worked for Ryan should be forced to relocate to Argentina, but I’m willing to look the other way for Lexie. She’s young, could use the money, and – honestly – $25,000 seems like a fair rate to charge for being groomed by Ryan for nearly a decade.

Flanagan graduated from McAlester High School in 2016—when Walters taught U.S. history there.

Yep. Ryan taught his executive assistant in high school. I’m sure that’s fine. It’s not like she’s been following Ryan throughout her vulnerable young adult years, and photos exist of her volunteering for him at EKCO, the now-dormant non-profit that Ryan was put in charge of to help launch his political career.

Actually…

Okay, so Ryan’s old high school student worked for him at EKCO, and then followed him to OSDE, and then apparently married a man who looks like him. Maybe I’ve watched too many Netflix documentaries about cults over the years, but that doesn’t seem like a good scenario!

Let’s just hope Lexie’s farewell bonus doubles as hazard pay — or at least shields Oklahoma taxpayers from being named as co-defendants in whatever future lawsuit she eventually files against Ryan.

In addition to Lexie, Ryan also paid out a nice parting bonus to his latest press secretary, who only worked for the agency for three months. She comes from the polyamorous-leaning Florida line of Walters’s team of grifters.

The records show Walters also gave press secretary Madison Cercy a massive payment on his way out the door.

Cercy only joined OSDE in July. She graduated college one year prior, according to her LinkedIn profile.

She did not respond to any of the numerous press inquiries News 4 sent her during Walters’ time in office.

Despite that, records show Walters awarded her a $10,000 performance bonus—also sometime between Sept. 22 and his last day in office, Sept. 30.

That’s outrageous, but based on her social media posts, she did a good job performing:

See what I mean? $10,000 is a fair price to pay someone to write something that makes most people throw up in their mouths a little.

Also, I like how she tagged ole Quinton Hitchock. He worked for the state for only a couple of months and also got at least $25,000. That's a fair price to name-drop TLO and get your weirdo erotic wrestling pics shared online again:

Anyway, we would like to wish Lexie, Madison, and all of Ryan’s grifters the best of luck in spending all the money they unethically obtained on the back of Oklahoma taxpayers. I hope when the grift is up and future employers Google your name down the road, these articles continue to haunt you.
