Oklahoma politicians continue to do Oklahoma politician things!
Late last week, word hit the news wire that a local woman with an important last name had filed a VPO against Oklahoma County Commissioner Myles Davidson and, for added measure, his wife, Marilyn.

Since those initial reports, the story has swirled and picked up steam, and what looked at first like a juicy tabloid mess involving a dopey politician, his beautiful colleague, and a suspicious wife has now spiraled into a disturbing controversy that includes serious accusations of sexual assault and misconduct.
Here’s a quick breakdown…
On Friday, the local media learned that a metro woman had recently filed a petition in Cleveland County District Court that, backed by text message receipts, basically accused the Davidsons of running an uncoordinated campaign of intimidation and harassment.
According to the court filing, it all got started when Marilyn texted the woman, accusing her of sleeping with Myles, which the woman denied.
Then a few days later, Myles reached out to the woman to try and smooth things over and profess his love, only to come across as a clueless weirdo who can’t take a hint and gets blocked over it.
Here are some of their text conversations:

Yikes. I never thought I’d see the day when we’d have a County Commissioner with worse game than ole "Waylon Orbison," but here we are! Cheddar Bay Biscuits for everyone… I guess.
Here’s more:

Listen. I've never harassed a woman to the point she blocks me, so I'm probably the last person who should be dispensing dating advice, but shouldn't you wait for a better time to let a woman know you'd like to leave your wife for her, and are willing to wait things out?
Like, I don't know, maybe wait until she's in a better mood, and not asking you to leave her alone and stop messaging?
Anyway, that’s kind of where things stood on the story until yesterday afternoon.
Then, at about 3:00 pm, as I was finishing up a draft about the original VPO, William H.P. Tecumseh Sherman Longfellow Savage IVth and Vth reported on Yawn Doc that the woman had amended her claims to include accusations of sexual assault.
A woman who works with Oklahoma’s circuit engineering districts has alleged she was sexually assaulted by Oklahoma County District 3 Commissioner Myles Davidson when he “grabbed my breasts and attempted to kiss me without my consent” in May and “attempted to force me into having sex with him” during a work trip in July.
In an amended petition filed Monday seeking a protective order in Cleveland County District Court, the woman said Myles Davidson has been harassing her in pursuit of a sexual relationship since November 2023. The woman said she refused Davidson’s advances, but she said the ongoing harassment escalated May 13. On that date, she said Davidson grabbed her breasts and attempted to kiss her without her consent.
In Monday’s filing, the woman said Davidson again attempted to force a sexual relationship with her two months later during a work trip to Philadelphia. She said the encounter left her in emotional distress.
“On a second occasion, on 7/14/25, Myles Davidson attempted to force me into having sex with him while we were in Philadelphia on a work trip,” the woman wrote. “Upon realizing what he was attempting to do, I started yelling at him and crying for him to stop and telling him to leave. He eventually apologized and left the room.”
He eventually apologized and left the room? So basically it ended like all of Myles Davidson's other sexual encounters! Zing!
In all seriousness, I know there are two sides to every story, and situations like this can slide into he-said, she-said territory, but I find the accuser's allegations to be credible.
First of all, she provided text messages. Second, she went on record. And third, she’s totally out of his league! Outside of pity, guilt or pressure, I seriously can't see any reality where she voluntarily ends up with the guy.
Plus, as his text messages reveal, we already know Myles is a creep who can’t take a hint, so it’s pretty easy to see him attempting to do the things she claimed in the order.
Although Davidson hasn’t asked ChatGPT to share his side of the story yet, he has lawyered up, and it looks like they’re going to go heavy with the “it was all consensual” excuse:
On Monday, criminal defense attorney Ed Blau confirmed he would be representing Myles Davidson owing to the new allegations.
“Any allegation or insinuation regarding inappropriate and unwanted contact between Commissioner Davidson and the complaining witness is defamatory,” Blau said. “These allegations are categorically false, and Commissioner Davidson intends to fight these salacious and ridiculous claims.”
Hey, crazy stuff happens in the world, so who knows, maybe Myles is telling the truth. Perhaps everything this woman said and provided to the court in legally binding documents is a "salacious," "ridiculous," and for added measure, outrageous lie, and part of a coordinated conspiracy orchestrated by Kevin Stitt, teachers unions, and the trans kids to bring Myles down. I guess when a nude scene flashes on the TV in the next county board meeting, we’ll know the truth for sure.
Anyway, we’ll continue to monitor the story and provide updates as they become available. Stay with The Lost Ogle. We’ll keep you advised.
