Baker Mayfield is engaged…

It was a pretty insane weekend for Oklahoma City sports.

OKC native Alex Saucedo won what's been dubbed the "fight of the year" at Chesapeake Arena, Jerami Grant signed an extension with the Thunder that will keep him with the team for three more years, and Baker Mayfield announced his engagement to Instagram model / plastic surgery consultant Emily Wilkinson.

Pretty couple, huh? The only issue is that is not Baker Mayfield's fiancé. It's his ex-girlfriend Morgan Mayberry. Their relationship made the sports brah-blog circuit in 2017.

As I mentioned, Emily is an Instagram model with 137,000 followers. Although she's following Baker to Cleveland, she worked as a "patient consultant" (a.k.a. recruiter) for some glittery L.A. plastic surgery center. I'd like to congratulate Baker for this impressive haul. It's nice to see he's enjoying the perks of being a #1 draft pick, Heisman trophy winning quarterback. I doubt he'll come crashing back to Earth or anything after playing a couple of seasons for Cleveland.
