According to KGOW in Houston, the Oklahoma State coaching staff has two new additions on the way. After being roasted by the Houston Cougars for the Cowboys only non-conference non-scrimmage loss, Coach Mike Gundy has supposedly poached two offensive coaches from their stable.
Of the two, Houston's offensive coordinator, Dana Holgorson, is the big name (the other is former Texas Tech quarterback Kliff Kingsbury). Making the issue stickier is that current OSU offensive coordinator claims he isn't going anywhere.
The Oklahoman article seems to suggest this is in response to Gunter Brewer potentially heading to Tennessee, but our Ogle moles have a different explanation. After sitting in the press box while Mike Gundy called all the offensive plays, Gunter has plenty of experience doing nothing. He can do that with an actual o-coordinator on board just as easily as when he was alone in that job.
