Thanks to a reader tip, we have learned that CNBC is airing (or will air soon) a new documentary called "Porn: Business of Pleasure." And what would a documentary on the business of porn be without an appearance by one of the world's most popular porn stars, Oklahoma City native Jesse Jane. Check it out.
Way back when, before we had advanced technology like "polls," we declared that Jesse Jane was the second best porn star from Oklahoma City. Therefore, we think she's a fine local choice to be featured in a documentary about porn.
We also think it's about time that we get some good TV shows based out of Oklahoma City. It's not a hard thing to pull off (huh huh), but I bet that this show is 10,000 times better than Saving Grace. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if Grace happens to shoot and kill an international porn star in an upcoming episode.
Another interesting fact about the CNBC documentary is that it ranked Oklahoma number 5 in the country in online porn subscriptions. Geeze, first we're named one of the fattest states in the country, then we're ranked one of the best states to live, and now this comes along. I'm not sure what this business-related ranking really means, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it will be covered in The Journal Record and Oklahoman. I'm also looking forward to see how it's treated in THE POINT!...the newsletter for the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. We could be named one of the top 10 cities for serial killers and drunk clowns and they'd make a big deal about it.
