We’d like to give a big TLO “Happy Birthday” to former Edmond Mayor Randel Shadid!
The now 79-year-old former mayor is in the news today after successfully trolling Trump super-lemming Marcuswayne Mullin at an Edmond Chamber of Commerce event held the same day Mullin was in town celebrating the opening of a new U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services field office.
Apparently, Markwayne was taking questions from the audience when Shadid decided that, instead of tossing him the usual softball, pro-Trump, Chamber-approved question, he used the DHS secretary’s own Christian beliefs against him.
