There’s a battle brewing over which rich, powerful conservative white man will rule over us during the upcoming holiday season.
Yesterday afternoon, Reese Gorman – the now-national news reporter who can’t quit Oklahoma – reported that there’s a disagreement between our appointed temporary U.S. Senator Alan Armstrong and soon to be Republican Senate-elect Kevin Hern over when the latter should assume office.
The general gist is that Armstrong thinks Gov. Stitt appointed him to serve out the rest of Markwayne Mullin’s term through January, while Hern’s camp says whoever wins the November election should be able to take over as soon as the results are officially certified.
