Yesterday afternoon, news hit the wire that Ben Lepak – the fast-food-loving secretary of state who was arrested on public intoxication charges while standing in a McDonald’s drive-thru – had his charges dropped by an Edmond court.
This is despite it being his third alcohol-related arrest in the last five years.
